Rev. Isaiah Delmoral is a servant-leader, visionary, and community builder dedicated to empowering lives through both faith and service. beyond the pulpit, Pastor Isaiah is a respected leader across multiple sectors. He serves as president of the Massachusetts YouthBuild Coalition and as Chief of Programs at the New north Citizens’ Council (NNCC) Youth Center, where he oversees youth development, education, and workforce initiatives that impact hundreds of young people annually. He also lends his expertise as a board member of Christina’s House, Cruzando Puentes, and crossPoint Clinical Services, bringing both faith and strategy to organizations that strengthen families, provide care, and foster community transformation. pastor Isaiah’s professional journey is marked by over a decade of experience in program development, nonprofit leadership, and organizational growth.
